With over 30 years of extensive experience in the field of Architectural Design and Administration, Chao-Chiung (C. C.) Lee is the current President and CEO of STOA Architects International. His experience includes building types programmed and designed to accommodate client needs. He has a strong theoretical background and systematic design method with the skilled presentation technique helps clients with modern challenges. Mr. Lee’s extensive knowledge of asbestos and CPTED provides additional value.
Mr. Lee is also involved in the field of Real Estate development & Construction. He was the Vice – President with UPC Construction Co., Inc., in New York City from 1987 to 1989. His construction experience includes custom houses, mid-rise condominiums, shopping centers and office buildings.
His development experience started with the largest Asian development company in New York, Shie-Jie Enterprises, he was in charge of the resort project “Garden Cathay” in up-state New York.
In 1991, Mr. Lee developed the first townhouse project since 1986 in Houston’s Montrose/Museum Area. Consequently, he successfully developed three other Townhouse projects in the Montrose/ Museum and Camp Logan area. In 1997, Mr. Lee developed a 93 unit, single family, housing complex in the Southwest area located near Sharpstown Golf Course.
Currently, Mr. Lee is developing a 240 beds student housing next to University of Houston main campus, to be completed 2011.
